Volunteering Opportunities 

There are a number of areas where you can help me.

Specifically, I am looking for people to assist with communications and those seasoned in Union matters. 

• Although I have been closely working with the Union for over fifteen years, helping other members and myself with employment challenges,  I am still learning about Union culture and logistics. Additionally, neither English nor French is my mother tongue.  

• Even though I am fluent in both official languages, my vocabulary and communication style are largely shaped by my cultural and educational backgrounds, which differ from others. 

Specific needs:

• Proofreading pages and other communications

• Admin assistance - finding materials, assisting / following up in communications with members.

• Web / Technology assistance  - forms, googlesheets, data, portal, newsletters

• Knowledge in legal and logistical matters - by-laws, governance, etc

• Campaigning assistance - Spreading the word about my platform and engagement opportunities
